For private functions, full payment is required within 3 days of receiving a quote to secure the booking.
For corporate or public events, invoices will be issued specifying a payment due-date.

If more guests require our service than booked for, any extended time and rate that is mutually agreed upon will need to be paid within 24hrs of the event.

Cancellations:
Payments will be refunded minus a $50 cancellation fee. Where a cancellation is within 48 hours of an event, 50% of your payment will be refunded (the $50 cancellation fee is not applied). 

Note: Refunds are not given where inclement weather makes outdoor face painting unsuitable during an event. An indoor backup option is always advised.

In the rare event that an artist needs to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances (eg illness), another Face Painting by Ana artist will cover where possible. Otherwise, all fees will be refunded.

I operate predominantly in Central-East Auckland, but have a team of contract artists who can cover most areas of Auckland (a travel fee may apply depending upon location).

My team and I can cater for large scale events where more than one artist is required and they also cover me when I’m unavailable. I choose only the best artists to represent my business. They are all experienced and talented artists and produce work to a very high standard.

For private events, in 1 hour we can usually paint around 12 guests. For higher volume public or corporate events, I’d suggest speed painting where we can paint up to 20 guests per hour with simpler designs. I will always discuss with clients the best package options that will suit their event, including a booking length most appropriate for their numbers and requirements.

A client needs to provide two regular sized chairs (artist will bring own table). Due to our sometimes quickly-changing Auckland weather, an indoor well-lit area is always preferred, but if outside, we will need shelter from sun, wind and rain. eg. a waterproof marquee/gazebo.
